On March 19, 2020, Governor Gavin Newsom issued a stay-at-home order to protect the health and well-being of all Californians and to establish consistency across the state in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.The definition of an "essential business" varies from county to county. Please see individual county orders as related to transportation businesses.

California is Expanding Free Coronavirus Testing To Taxi, Public Transit, and Rideshare Drivers
When your drivers receive their coronavirus test result, you can print the test result for customers to see in the vehicle.

* CityTestSF, a collaboration between the City of San Francisco, local tech companies and medical providers has two sites. Both are by appointment only. To schedule appointments, click here.
* 600 7th street Baseline COVID-19 testing program
* For other locations and hours, go to Carbon Health.
* Cal State East Bay is doing free testing. Go to Hayward Fire Station 7. Results come back in as little as six hours, or in most cases the next day. Call 510-293-8617 for information.
