The GOld STandard of Transportation
The Greater California Livery Association is a membership-driven community of OWNERS of Luxury Transportation Services both in California and beyond.
The GCLA is comprised of operators who have an “active” Transportation Charter Permit (TCP) and for larger vehicles, a CDL and DOT certification. GCLA members are required to carry the legal commercial passenger transport insurance.
We offer our members networking, training, discounts on equipment and services, education, and a voice in Sacramento to defend the rights of transportation business owners.
These operators include owners of limousines, sedans, SUVs, shuttles and buses.
Other members include vendors within the industry such as dealers, insurance, fuel, credit card processing, technology, employee recruiting, payroll, marketing, and more.
Venues have been invited to membership. Venues providing great partnerships for our operators include wedding venues, wineries, event venues, etc.

The GCLA defense fund is used exclusively for lobbying and legal efforts in the quest to defending the workers’ rights of owners in the professional transportation industry in California.
