January 22nd --- Wine Seminar at Callaway Winery. A Taste of Winter is the first in a series of four seminars with Callaway's winemaker, Craig Larson.  Journey through various topics of winemaking including hands on instruction on vineyard management, the harvest and crush processes, fermentation, barrel aging and even how to taste, serve and store wines.  For reservations, call            951.676.4001      .

January 29th --- Wine & Food Pairing Class at South Coast Winery Resort and Spa.  Savor wine country cuisine at its finest, while exploring the relationship between food and wine. Call            951.587.9463       x7210 for reservations.

Introducing California Restaurant Month, a statewide celebration of special savings traditionally offered this time of year.  To commemorate, some of our member wineries have created special lunch or dinner pakages for you to enjoy.  These offers are valid from January 1 through January 31, 2011 only so plan your trip soon!

Callaway Winery's Meritage Restaurant is offering a TAPAS and TASTING to tantalize your taste buds.  Enjoy a two tapa selections with a glass of a perfect paired Callaway wine.

Falkner Winery's Pinnacle Restaurant celebrates with a special lunch offering created by Executive Chef Gianne Ciciliot.  Select from many options for our two course lunch and enjoy the amazing view from this beautiful hill top restaurant.

Ponte Family Estate's The Smokehouse Restaurant is offering two pre-fix meals for guests to enjoy.  Select from a two course lunch or a three course dinner featuring fresh, locally grown produce and sustainable seafood and natural meats.

South Coast Winery Resort and Spa's Vineyard Rose Restaurant created very special lunch and dinner options at very special prices. Sunday through Thursday only, enjoy a two course lunch or a three course dinner all prefectly created by their Executive Chef to showcase what is Temecula Wine Country Cuisine.

January 1st - 31st ---Emerging artist, Sara Shawger is bringing a taste to Santa Fe New Mexico to Old Town Temecula.  Sara's collection of introspecitve paintings and abstract drawings will be featured at Lorimar Winery's Old Town Tasting Room during the month of January with a special Meet The Artist reception on January 22nd from 6pm to 9pm.  Call            951.240.5177      .

January 16th --- Cozy in for a heart-warming glass of wine and music atLeonesse Cellars 3rd Sunday Concert.  From 1pm to 5pm,enjoy the music of the Vineyard Tourbadour with special guest artist, Steven Kinsey.

March 5 and 6 from 10am to 4:30pm

Once again, the wineries of the Temecula Valley open their cellar doors for guests to enjoy a bevy of wines at our semi-annual two day barrel tasting event.  Old world wine varietals created in new world, Temecula style, will WoW ticket holders!

You'll enjoy a self-guided wine country tour that will take you to 30+ wineries, each of whom will be offering varietal wines from barrel, tank or bottle.  The wines will be paired with scrumptious food samplings which exemplify the perfect marriage of food and wine.  Ticket holders will receive a map of the Temecula Valley, a passport which allows a visit to each participating winery and a souvenir glass.

This whirlwind, two day event is a sure sell-out, so please order your tickets early to avoid disappointment. 
Limited to guests 21 years and over. Event held rain or shine.

The Event is held from 10am to 4:30pm; tickets are $99 per person ($89 presale through February 6, 2011).
