New Season, New Wines, New Menu
Baily Winery is releasing its 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2006 Merlot. On June 12th & 13th the Merlot will debut in the Baily tasting room. Phil Baily, owner and winemaker, will be on hand to discuss this Bordeaux varietal wine and autograph bottles. On June 19th & 20th, the Cabernet Sauvignon will be released with Phil Baily pouring in the tasting room and autographing these bottles as well. Guests will receive a special offer on these wines in the tasting room during their debut weekends.
 Falkner Winery's Pinnacle Restaurant launches a new menu for the Spring/Summer season. The menu offers many new appetizers, salads, sandwiches and desserts, but keeps some all time favorites. Sure to be new favorites are Chef Gianne's Sirloin Salad with Blackened Sirloin steak and a Chipotle Ranch Dressing, a delectable Asian Shrimp Wrap and the Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich made with Chocolate Chip Cookies and served with fresh whipped cream. The Pinnacle is open daily for lunch from 11:30am to 3:30pm. Reservations can be made by calling 951-676-8231.
