Attention to all LAX and Ontario Airport Permitted Operators

June 12, 2013

These requirements are effective immediately

  1. Chauffeur's that have a scheduled pick up at any of the private FBO's attached to LAX are now required to purchase and display a Trip Ticket on your Dash Board until further notice.

  2. Chauffeur's: As you already know the Trip Ticket Booth doesn't open until 6:30 AM each morning. The following steps need to be implemented immediately during the hours they are not open to prevent receiving a written violation by Airport Police.

Place your Way Bill (Reservation Sheet) on the Dash Board of the vehicle so it's visible to Airport Police. You will also place your Parking Slip on top of the Way Bill so that Airport Police can visibly see the Date and Time Stamp.

  3. Finally, when purchasing a Trip Ticket at Ontario Airport you will be required to show a copy of our PUC License.

What are we to do if the "way bill" or reservation sheet is sent to the driver electronically? Should the driver leave his iphone open and face up on the dash? Joking..but not!
